Juice 3:

  • 2 Cabbage Leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 Pineapple slices

Method of preparation:

For the three recipes just hit the blender until smooth. If you prefer you can add ice cubes

SUCCESSFUL JUICE RECIPE

– 1 Leaf of Cabbage;
– 1 Apple with Bark;
– Juice of 2 Lemons;
– 1 teaspoon of Ginger;
– 2 slices of pineapple;
– 6 Leaves of Mint;
– 200ml of  Water .

Beat everything in the blender, you can sweeten it a little, it’s delicious!
